At Africa Missions Global (AMG), is a full-fledged faith‑based, not‑for‑profit international charity organization. We are committed to creating sustainable, life‑changing opportunities for vulnerable communities in Africa —especially children. Education is at the core of our work.

We have built and supported 9 schools across five African countries and expanded access to schooling in 5 additional nations, helping more than 5,000+ children complete primary and secondary education—with many continuing to higher studies through AMCA scholarships. Education works—and we have seen its impact first-hand.

As the new school season approaches, thousands of children in Gabon continue to attend school without the most basic tools they need to learn—simple items like a backpack, notebooks, pens, pencils, and hygiene essentials.

For many families, even a modest school bag is a luxury they simply cannot afford. Children often carry their books in their hands or plastic bags, which impacts dignity, organization, and readiness to learn.

This year, Africa Missions Canada (AMCA - Canada Chapter) is launching a Back‑to‑School Support Initiative to provide high‑quality, durable backpacks filled with essential school supplies to students in Gabon who need them most.
