Support Leanne Smith and Family

On Wednesday, January 11th, Leanne was rushed to KGH with heart failure. She has a genetic condition that she was not aware of, that was triggered by giving birth to her daughter 4 weeks ago. Leanne is still in the hospital hoping for improvement.

Leanne’s husband Adam is at home with their new baby girl, Skylar, and their son, Levi. He is currently taking time off work to take care of both children, while balancing trips to Kingston to support leanne.

Unfortunately, this is a condition that Leanne is going to be living with and monitoring the rest of her life, which means she will be taking expensive life saving medications and travelling to Kingston for appointments regularly.

Leanne is the most supportive friend and best mom you could imagine. Her and Adam have worked hard to provide an amazing life, full of love and warmth, for their children. They are always there to help the people in their lives and support their friends and family when needed.
