Help My Mom, Leah Foust, March in the 2026 Rose Parade®!

I’m reaching out to share some incredible news about my mom, Leah Foust. She’s been selected to perform in the Band Directors Marching Band at the 137th Rose Parade® in Pasadena, California, next January! Out of over 700 applicants, she was chosen by Saluting America's Band Directors (SABD) and the Michael D. Sewell Memorial Foundation, which recognize the amazing work that band directors like my mom do every day.

This is a huge moment for her. After years of teaching, mentoring, and pouring her heart into her students, my mom finally gets the chance to be a part of one of the most iconic events in the country. It’s not just about marching in the parade—it’s about honoring the dedication of band directors everywhere, including her own.

But here’s the thing: this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity comes with a hefty price tag. We’re raising funds to cover travel, accommodations, uniforms, and all the other expenses that go into making this happen. That’s where you come in.
