On November 10th, Le Métropolitain — formerly Patisserie Amie — suffered a devastating fire, and the food truck has been declared a total loss.

For Chef Eric Fritch and his family, this business has been years of hard work, passion, and pride — and for our community, Le Metro has become a beloved local staple, continuing the legacy of Patisserie Amie. They’ve long been part of our TC Whiskey family, bringing incredible food, warmth, and energy to every event and weekend at The Stillhouse.
