Hello! My name is Lavinia and I am an Tongan artist currently out of Vallejo, CA. I go by Love on the playa, and I am raising funds for my art piece at this year’s Burning Man. “Oh the Places You’ll Go” is a head nod to the kid that dreamed and the adult that misses the dreamer within them.

My plan is to have 2 stations that can communicate with each other where people sitting at each station can share a conversation about things they wanted in life, where they are now, or even how what once was changed the trajectory of their life. Each station will have a “Captain’s Log” where visitors can leave notes, whether for themselves or other readers.

This will be my second art piece out on the playa and I can’t wait to share my creation. Any funds will go towards covering things needed for the build as well as transport. I head out to the desert Aug 22 and would love to see you there! Any help is greatly appreciated, even a share.
