As most of you are already aware, my good friend, Laurie Reed, was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer last summer. Since then, Laurie has faced an incredibly tough journey. She recently completed 16 rounds of chemotherapy, which was not without its setbacks. In addition, she has undergone surgery involving lymph node dissection and a partial mastectomy. Now, as she prepares to begin radiation therapy in the coming weeks, the challenges continue to mount.

Throughout this entire ordeal, Laurie has shown remarkable strength and resilience. She has continued to work despite the physical and emotional toll of her treatments. However, the financial burden of ongoing medical bills is becoming overwhelming. The costs associated with her care are adding up quickly, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult for her to manage everything on her own.

I’ve started this GoFundMe in hopes that Laurie can receive some much-needed financial relief.
