Support Lauren's Scholarship Journey

Hi, my name is Lauren and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana. I just received news that I have been awarded a scholarship for a 16-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga training in New York! I thought this was a long shot and that I would never be selected, but here I am!

I would so appreciate any help possible to figure out travel expenses for my flight and stay so that I can continue to grow my skills as a mental health counselor. I know that times are tough for everyone right now, so any bit helps me move forward towards my goals.

I'd like to apply this training to the students I work with, especially the LGBTQ+ community with whom I've started a support group this year, as well as my clients in private practice. Helping people heal is my ultimate passion, and this is just one more tool in my toolbox that will allow me to help create long-lasting results!
