Please pray for Lauren and her family. Lauren is a dedicated police officer for the city of Austin and a wonderful mom to Taylor.

On Sunday, 9/8, at the age of 40, Lauren suddenly suffered a stroke. Luckily, Lauren wasn’t alone when it happened, and she was rushed to surgery. Prior to surgery, she couldn’t move or speak. She was completely coherent of her surroundings but unable to move or respond. Thanks to medical intervention, Lauren is able to speak and walk again but still has no use of her right arm.

Lauren will be facing a long road ahead of rehabilitation and medical bills. Please pray that use of her right arm will be restored so that she can return to protecting the city of Austin and providing for her daughter. If you feel so led, any monetary contributions would go a long way to help with the high medical bills that are coming her way.

Lauren has been my close friend since we were preschool age. It’s devastating knowing she is going through this. Any help you can give is so very much appreciated.
