Help us Help Lauren

Back in June our friend and colleague Lauren Anton was diagnosed with breast cancer.  Lauren is such a radiant, strong, and fierce human who inspires everyone around her.  She is an amazing clinician. She is also a dedicated single mother, friend, and overall extraordinary woman.

 

In August, she had a double mastectomy and now needs six rounds of chemotherapy.  We have been helping her with meals and check-ins since surgery, but with chemotherapy beginning, she will need more support.

 

As a self-employed dietitian in private practice, she does not have disability insurance and needs to work to pay her bills.  Her friends are raising funds for her to focus on healing.  100% of what is raised through the gofundme will go directly to Lauren.   Any amount you can afford to contribute will be greatly appreciated.
