Hello, my name is Adam Elrod and my sweet little niece Lauren was diagnosed with Leukemia in November of last year. To say it was a shock to my brother and his family is a bit of an understatement. While it was caught early enough to treat and the outcome is favorable, this has been a stressful time for everyone. Lauren has had some setbacks along the way, but she has been able to continuously overcome them, usually with a smile on her face.
