Lauren Weaver is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut and is slated to graduate in May 2024. Unfortunately, because Lauren's final clinical rotation is scheduled to take place in Atlanta, Georgia, her financial aid is not enough to cover tuition, housing, and travel expenses.

Recognizing the disparities in maternal health, especially in communities of color, Lauren's ultimate goal is to practice as a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist dedicated to this patient population. She would like to open a clinic dedicated to women in need of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy both prenatal and postpartum.
