My dear friend Laura Villa is a strong, independent, and hard-working woman. She is always smiling and laughing, she is full of energy and ready to join in any adventure, especially one that involves music, one of her great joys in life! She is a loving single mother of 3 daughters and a grandmother to 2 beautiful grandchildren. She is a great friend and co-worker; she is such an important person in the lives of so many people.

In April, Laura was diagnosed with Stage IV Stomach Cancer. For the last couple of months, she has been undergoing Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy but has had a setback in her fight against cancer. The cancer has metastasized to other parts of her body, including her bones and brain stem. As a result, she has now started radiation in addition to her other treatments. She is in an immense amount of pain and has started to weaken in the last couple of weeks.

I humbly ask for your help. I am hopeful this fund will help Laura focus on her recovery and help alleviate the stress of paying medical bills and day-to-day expenses.
