My name is Kolleen Mendenhall and I am setting this up for my best friend. My name is Melanie Richey and I am setting this account up for my mom, Laura Richey, who has been struggling with lower back/hip pain for 18 months with no direct answer as to what is causing her pain. After many doctor's visits, physical therapy, injections, and countless scans, she has found out that she has a torn gluteus medius and a fracture in her pelvis. She is currently not working until her scheduled surgery on July 28th, with a recovery time of 8-10 weeks minimum.

These funds will go towards her monthly living expenses and bills, along with any unforeseen expenses after surgery.
