This is my newborn daughter, Laura Eliana. She is diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease: Pulmonary Valve Atresia with Intact Ventricular Septum. It is a rare congenital heart defect where the pulmonary valve, connecting the right ventricle to the pulmonary artery, doesn't develop properly, blocking blood flow to the lungs. Additionally, there is no opening or connection between the two lower heart chambers, meaning blood can't reach the lungs to get oxygen.

She now needs to have open-heart surgery to survive and recover. We are doing everything we can to give her the medical care she urgently needs. However, the costs of treatment, medication, and hospital care are more than we can manage alone. As a father, if I could switch places with my daughter, I'd do it in a heartbeat. All I want is for my daughter to experience all the things life can offer.
