10/02/2024 UPDATE:

Laura started chemotherapy yesterday on October 1st, targeting one of two cancer areas with the plan of increasing the strength next week to target both areas due to her developing what seemed to be an allergic reaction only 20 minutes in yesterday. After a PET scanned that was performed late last week, doctors have also confirmed at this time that the cancer has spread to her liver. So far it seems shes doing well and remaining in good spirits. However it’s only been one day since beginning chemo and the bills are just getting higher and higher. If you can help her in any way, my family and I would be eternally grateful. Love to all that has helped so far. I will continue to add updates here as we get them.

You may already know me, but if you don’t, my name is Laura Blanford and I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon and Rectal Cancer.
