Laura Perea is a dedicated cafeteria worker for our local school district and a valued member of our SFE team. On February 17th, 2026, our community was struck by devastating wildfires that swept through the area, leaving many families in crisis. Tragically, Laura's home was completely destroyed in the fire, and she lost all of her belongings in a matter of hours. The loss has been overwhelming, and Laura is now facing the difficult task of rebuilding her life from scratch.

Right now, Laura's most urgent needs are for clothing and food. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward helping her purchase these essentials, providing her with some stability and comfort as she navigates this challenging time. If we are able to raise enough, we also hope to support Laura with temporary housing while she works to get back on her feet. While many of her personal items cannot be replaced, your support can help her regain a sense of normalcy and hope for the future.
