My name is Latoya Silas. I'm a stay-at-home single mom of 3. My youngest of the 3 is a 9-month-old preemie. He has a lot of medical needs and tends to be in and out of the hospital a lot. He also has 3-4, sometimes 5, doctor's appointments a week.

A few days ago, my car was involved in an accident and it's no longer drivable, which is making it a struggle to make it to appointments and to the emergency room when needed. I never ask for help. I always try to figure it out on my own. But this is one thing that I'm not able to do by myself. Anything will help and I'm overly thankful and grateful for anything given.

The funds will be used to help fix my car and for ubers back and forth to the hospital and appointments.
