Hi, my name is LaToya Roberts, and I’m a mom of two amazing kids. I never imagined I’d be writing something like this, but I was recently diagnosed with stage 2 HER positive breast cancer. On Feb 24th I had got a masectomy and was told I was cancer free. A week later on my follow up visit I was told I still have cancer. Upon further dissection of my lymphnodes they still tested positive for cancer and not only that, but they found ductal and lobular carcinomas. Which basically means I have 2 types of cancer. They are calling it mixed invasive ductal and lobular carcinomas. I have to go through surgery again as early as the end of next week. This was so unexpected. I am still accumulating medical bills and need help supporting and taking care of my children.
