I'm reaching out with a heavy heart about my dear friend Latoya. She’s recently been diagnosed with a brain tumor called meningioma, which is impacting her hearing, facial muscles, and motor functions. It’s a scary situation, and she needs surgery, which is scheduled for September 5th at UCLA.
As if this wasn't enough, Latoya is also dealing with the sudden loss of her sister, Meachie, who passed away on August 14th. The weight of these challenges is immense, and that's why we’re turning to our community for help.
Every little bit helps—whether it’s covering medical bills, travel costs, or supporting her three daughters in college, including the twins who just started. Your contribution can truly make a difference in easing her burden.
With hope and healing, Latoya aims to be back at work in 8 to 12 weeks. Your kindness, support, and prayers would mean the world to her and all of us who care about her.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for being there for Latoya in her journey.
