Support Lara’s Journey Through Breast Cancer Surgery

Friends, family, and anyone willing to lend a hand, I come to you with a heartfelt request. My best friend's mom, Lara, who has also been like a second mom to me, has been diagnosed with breast cancer. It’s a diagnosis that no one is ever prepared for, but in typical Lara fashion, she’s facing it with immense strength and courage. However, as we all know, the financial burden of surgery and treatment can add an extra layer of stress that no one should have to bear during such a difficult time.

On October 1st, Lara will be undergoing surgery to remove the cancer, and her family needs as much support as possible to help cover the medical expenses associated with this battle. Lara and her family have always been there for others—they’ve given so much to me personally and to so many people in the community over the years. Now, it’s our turn to give back to them.

Lara is one of the most selfless, kind-hearted people you’ll ever meet.
