Hello. I am asking for your help on behalf of my daughter, Lara Marie. She is finally legally divorced after 8 long and expensive months. Their marriage began with beautiful and hopeful possibilities but ended the evening of September 25, 2025. What followed was a Restraining Order, the ER, visits to a Urologist, continuing medical appointments and bills. What remained was the helpless and empty feeling of hopelessness. Lara cried (and her Mama cried).
Lara continues to sell Real Estate, but the market has proven challenging. She begun selling well-known kitchenware online during Covid, then specialized cleaning products online and finally eBay which she still does. She has tried very hard to keep the bills paid but of course has run quite short. She was left without one bit of financial assistance. One of her biggest heartbreaks was in November when it became necessary for her to offer all of her horses (five) to a Horse Rescue organization because she could no longer afford to care for them. She did not have the intake fee but a friend at the Colorado horse organization accepted the horses, nevertheless. At a later time, friends of Lara’s stepped forward to pay the intake fee.
Lara has always been generous with us and her family, friends and community. Now she desperately needs financial assistance. Our goal is to raise enough to cover the legal fees accumulated since November. Lara is planning to sell her property and relocate out of state with her brother Bill and her doggies as soon as possible. Presently she is updating that property for listing. Please donate if you can. And, as they say, anything helps. Lara’s favorite saying is “We are all in this together.” Please do be together with us at this time. And by the way Prayers are excellent too.
Thank You from Lara and her Mom Rita.
