Our dear friends’ son, Landon, is an amazing 11-year-old who has been facing a battle that no child should ever have to endure. On October 17, 2025, Landon was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive brain cancer called Diffuse Midline Glioma (H3K27M).

Since that day, Landon and his family have been fighting with incredible courage and faith. Despite undergoing radiation treatment, the cancer has continued to progress. Now, Landon is undergoing an experimental treatment through the PEPN2111 clinical trial using the investigational medication CBL0137, hoping it will help slow or stop the disease.

Landon’s strength is inspiring to everyone who knows him. Through hospital visits, treatments, and difficult days, he continues to show bravery far beyond his years.

As you can imagine, this journey has placed a tremendous emotional and financial burden on Landon’s family. Travel for specialized treatments, time away from work, medical expenses, lodging during hospital stays, and supportive care all add up quickly.
