Hello, my name is Landon Salsman. About a year ago, I was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Crescentic IGA Neuropathy, and by the time I found out, I was already at end-stage kidney failure. It's definitely been a difficult journey trying to grow as a young adult while having no real assets of my own to fall upon. But through my loving family, friends, and community, I've been able to stand strong and make it to the chance of a transplant.
