Last week, our family’s world shifted when Landon Freeman, a 31-year-old husband and father, was diagnosed with a brain tumor in his frontal lobe. Since then, Landon has been transferred to UAB Hospital in Birmingham, where he is currently awaiting surgery and further treatment.

Landon and his wife, Hannah, are raising their sweet two-year-old daughter. Like many young families, they rely on one steady income — and Landon is that provider. With surgery, recovery, and ongoing treatment ahead, Landon will be unable to work for the foreseeable future, creating an overwhelming financial strain at a time when their focus should be on healing.

At this point, we do not yet know whether the tumor is cancerous. What we do know is that the road ahead will be long, uncertain, and emotionally exhausting. Between hospital stays, recovery time, and follow-up care, the mounting medical expenses and everyday bills will continue — even while their income pauses.

We are raising funds to help cover essential living expenses such as rent or mortgage payments, utilities, groceries, and other day-to-day costs so Hannah can focus on caring for Landon and their daughter without the constant fear of falling behind.
