On Sunday march 30, I got the call no parent wants “lance crashed and is being air lifted to the hospital”. He hit a patch of gravel in the road and lost control and was thrown off the bike into the marsh.

all I knew is he was awake cause he said “hey momma”

after being airlifted to university hospital we are still here. As of now he has fractured neck and hip and fractures in back. He has deep lacerations to his hip.
