Hi, my name is Nadine Maurice and I am creating a GoFundMe for my cousin Raul Pelayo and Dianna's first child, Lanah Ruelle Pelayo.

Little Lanah was born on December 23, 2024, premature at 35 weeks. She weighed 5 lbs 14 oz. She was born with a rare heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot. This rare heart condition is present at birth. It is a congenital heart defect. Babies born with this condition have four different heart problems.

These heart problems affect the structure of the heart. TOF causes altered blood flow through the heart and to the rest of the body. Babies with TOF often have blue or gray skin color due to low oxygen levels.

Babies that are diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot need surgery to fix the heart valves. Lanah will need continued and regular health care for life.

That is why we desperately need your help. We want to give Baby Lanah a fighting chance. They are trying to move Baby Lanah to a hospital that has extensive experience treating this condition. This hospital is equipped for extremely complex cases like hers. Unfortunately, the surgery and continued medical care is way more than they can afford.
