Support Lamar's Heart Transplant Journey

Meet my loving husband , Lamar. I'm reaching out for financial assistance as he navigate a challenging medical journey. His been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) with a severely reduced Ejection Fraction (EF) of 10%. Despite having an ICD implanted for so many years and ongoing treatment, he continue to face severe symptoms and frequent hospitalizations. Year 2023 he had a massive cardiac arrest at the house and i resuscitated him, i never imagine i will do that to my partner while im talking to 911 and waiting for help i never stop giving him CPR just to make sure oxygen going in his brain. So from that ICU is his second home he stayed in ICU Santa Clara for 6 months as he received a procedure LVAD to help his heart pump blood in his body. Life is very challenging to us i thought receiving an LVAD will make his life even better until this Oct 26 he got shocked by his ICD 1x and got another shock on Nov 25 from that we go to ER and he got transferred from KAISER SANTA CLARA he stayed there for a couple a days and get home. But that’s not the story stop 2 consecutive Monday he got shocked multiple times and never leave the hospital. Lamar is looking forward to spend Christmas Holiday with us on Dec 21 as we thought everything is smooth because he was transferred to regular room and waiting for a heart cath procedure that morning his ICD shock him 18x and he received an 2 external shock also from that they intubate him and he go back in ICU Kaiser and nxt morning they transferred him to Stanford Hospital where he was waiting for a HEART TRANSPLANT. He was intubated the whole time he staying here in Stanford and got a PNEUMONIA now.

Unfortunately, his condition has only been worsening, as he is currently hospitalized and on an assist pump for his heart, and is in need of a heart transplant. With this, the costs are starting to pile up. These costs range from his medical bills, to the cost of a hotel room to stay with him there (as he has to stay near the hospital for 3 months after the procedure), as well as the expenses that will come with the various trips that will be required to take following the transplant. Any donations would be extremely helpful and appreciated to manage the financial stress that my family has experienced during this difficult time, leaving more space to focus on the love we have for my husband and his journey. We will also take as many PRAYERS.

Also please pass this around and share this to anyone you know, as word of mouth is the best way to get donations.

Again thank you for donating and praying for him and his entire extended family.
