On Jan 08, while on my way to work, I was involved in a single-vehicle motor vehicle collision while en route to Medic 107. I was intubated. I have a fractured right arm, fractured left leg, 7 fractured ribs, and multiple facial fractures. I have had 2 surgeries and will have another facial reconstruction surgery on Friday, January 17, 2025. I am requesting assistance with paying for physical rehabilitation. I am a Fire Fighter/EMT, but currently, I am working as a contract employee for City Ambulance Service, which leaves me ineligible for any benefits. I did have Facial reconstruction surgery on January 17, 2025, although there is alot of swelling i do look more like myself , thr dr said one more surgery to go . I have worked along side so many strong inspirational people , i can never thank you all enough for your thoughts , prayers and donations.
