Support Lakesha Eaton's Family After Devastating Fire
Donation protected
This past Memorial Day, instead of being able to commemorate the memories of fallen heroes, my mother had to bear witness to the horror of her apartment that she worked so hard for, burning up in flames into a bitter nothingness. Nothing could've prepared her for such a devastating realization; from leaving her apartment at the beginning of the day to coming back to char and crisp, for what was left of the place we've called home for over 10+ years.
The fire was caused by an electrical explosion located between the kitchen and dining room. My younger brother was the only one present at the time; thankfully, he is well and okay, using his own wits to get out of the situation in time before it became critical, and boy did it ever get critical.
At the moment, my brother, my mother, and her husband are displaced from their residency. We hope to either receive a temporary unit through the building management company or (eventually) return back to the original unit once all the necessary repairs and requirements are met, which could take upwards of a year+. PLEASE, ANYTHING HELPS. We're reaching out to all our friends, family, and compassionate strangers alike to extend or donate ANYTHING towards the cause of restoring my mother's home/life. Compensation or other needed materials are accepted. Please reach out to me (Tyrin Mosely) or my mother (Lakesha Eaton) on here, social media, or inquire for our contact information to provide what you can for this catastrophic event. We appreciate all support and prayers in advance. Thank you, and make sure you hold on to your loved ones; there's no telling when life might flip just like what occurred here.
