- Hello, my name is Daniel Kennedy. I’m raising money for my granddaughter, Lainey Kennedy, who has been diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, a rapid onset muscle weakness caused by the immune system damaging the peripheral nervous system. She is 7 years old, born April 25, 2018. She was taken by ambulance from Twin Falls, Idaho to Boise, the nearest children’s hospital. She will be staying four weeks for physical therapy to strengthen her muscles while battling Guillain-Barré syndrome, for which there is no cure. She is in God’s hands and the dedicated team of doctors, nurses, and staff at St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital. I’m asking on behalf of my family for donations to help with the mounting medical bills. Lainey just wants to get better; she misses her baby sister Londynn and dazzling in dance class. Get well soon, Lainey. Love you.
