Three uber-talented journalists from the News & Observer were laid off by McClatchy on Sept. 10. These journalists not only told the important stories of our community but also made everyone in the newsroom better.

Right now, they need support for upcoming needs and everyday expenses. The goal is to give them cash that can help with essentials like food, shopping, gear and anything else they may need during this immediate stretch.
