Lacie is our 18-year-old daughter, and she has always been a source of light in our family. She is that strong, independent, "I got this" kind of girl. She is passionate girl who loves God and stands true to her beliefs. She is an animal lover, who is literally building her little farm. Many dont know the extravagant human being she is behind closed doors but she has been an amazing caregiver to our 3-year-old niece for the last two years. Lacie graduated early with a 4.0 GPA to get a jump start of her dreams of becoming either a veterinarian or a psychologist—her compassion for others shines through in everything she does, and we want to continue supporting that shine during these next few months and even beyond her treatments.

Recently, we noticed a mass on her chest that seemed to not go away. After a series of tests, we received the heartbreaking news that Lacie has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. This diagnosis has turned our world upside down, but we are determined to do everything we can to support her through this journey.

The funds raised will help cover unexpected expenses and coinsurance for Lacie's treatments and procedures, as well as possible egg preservation to protect her future (which is not covered by insurance). We want to make sure there are absolutely no barriers to her becoming cured, and that she can go through this without worry—able to focus on the positive side of things and her dreams for the future. while insurance may cover a gresy portion of this journey, it also doesnt pause the world around her and we must continue to provide the same way we have whiel also providing her with the amazing care she deserves.
