Support Lacey's Children in Their Time of Need

On May 22nd 2024 Lacey Tyler and her daughter were involved in a head on collision coming home from a softball gamare. The crash happened around 10 p.m. on SH-29, about two miles east of Elmore City.

Lacey’s 12 year old daughter was also in the vehicle and was taken to OU Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City in stable condition with a minor leg injury. Lacey was flown to OU Medical Center, but was pronounced dead during transport due to massive injuries from the crash.

Lacey was a single mother of 5 children. One son who is aged 20 and 4 younger children ages 10 - 12 years old. Due to the suddenness of the loss, Lacey’s family is accepting donations to go towards her funeral expenses and to help support her children while they figure out the next steps to take.
