Support La La Ice Cream's Sweet New Journey

The outpouring of support during the last few days of being open for business has been truly touching. La La Ice Cream is going to continue to make ice cream in a different format. I am hoping to set up a kitchen only space to produce ice cream, then go to offsite events as La La has always done in the past. This is the most economically feasible way to run La La.

I closed the store because it was no longer financially possible to keep the doors open due to the looming overhead combined with a severe drop in business with the slow demise of the uptown area. I have gotten behind for the first time in 30 years on taxes and lease payments.

Now I am in need of financial support to make the closing less painful and have funding to move to a new kitchen.

UPDATE 2/15/25

LA LA IS STAYING IN THE SAM SPACE. NEGOTIATING SOME NEW LEASE TERMS HAS MADE IT POSSIBLE TO STAY. FINANCIAL SUPPORT IS STILL VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AS LA LA TRANSITIONS INTIO A NEW MODEL.

So many have expressed their fondness for La La Ice Cream as I will always have! I want to continue to bring ice cream smiles to the Twin Cities area and beyond.
