In December 2025, Kylie relapsed for the second time after previously completing treatment for Stage 4 rhabdomyosarcoma. Since then, Kylie has returned to Pittsburgh for ongoing treatment and is currently in the middle of a new chemotherapy regimen. Recent scans showed some growth at the relapse site, but thankfully there has been no new disease identified. Her oncology team is continuing to move forward with treatment while also exploring future options, including clinical trials and other possible approaches if they are needed down the road.

Through each cycle, Kylie continues to show incredible strength, resilience, and determination. Her blood counts have followed a familiar pattern of dropping after treatment and then recovering with time, rest, and supportive care, including transfusions when needed. Side effects have remained relatively manageable, and even on the harder days, Kylie continues to look forward to the things she loves most. She has embraced every opportunity for joy along the way, from spending time with family and friends to attending special events and making memories through the kindness of so many people and organizations who continue to surround her with love and support.

We are creating this fundraiser to help with the costs that come with Kylie’s treatment, including transportation, lodging while receiving care in Pittsburgh, and general medical expenses. Every act of encouragement means so much to Kylie and to all of us as we continue walking this road with her.
