Kyle is in Jamaica helping with relief after Hurricane Melissa. We are raising funds to help cover travel costs plus supplies to give to those in need there.

Kyle's father grew up in Jamaica and he still has extended family there. He is staying with a cousin in Kingston and traveling from there each day to the areas that were hardest hit by the hurricane. These photos were taken by him this week.

He is helping clean out flooded vehicles and homes, repair roofs, distribute food and clean water, etc.

We are Kyle and Heather Newman from Alabama, USA. Kyle took supplies with him such as tarps, freeze dried food, water purification tablets, batteries, etc that we paid for ourselves. There are also extra costs on the ground in Jamaica, such as high road tolls that are slowing relief efforts of moving food and supplies out of Kingston to Montego Bay and other areas in Western Jamaica.
