I'm starting this go fund me in support for my brother,Kyle. Kyle was out riding in the mountains, like he normally does to "clear his head" and take in the scenery. Kyle made the unknowingly mistake by stopping at the wrong place which ended in near death consequences. Kyle was attacked and beaten from behind when leaving an establishment while wearing a ANTI nazi shirt. He was brutally beaten and left for dead by some not so friendly "people" an established marketed as a "restaurant".

EMS was called in by someone "anonymous" and NO police involved, (EMS had to "file on his behalf" but no one will relase info to him). He woke up the NEXT morning with no clue where he was, neck brace, covered in blood, bleeding, not able to feel his entire side of face, barely able to speak, head smashed in etc. The police were eventually called when he woke at hospital but they refused to file the report due to being brought in from another county.

NOT one department, even after multiple calls to the correct and surrounding county departments have sent an officer to come out to take a report. He is in too much pain, head trauma, broken bones, etc to travel to a department. The hospital has been informed as well of this- calls have been made and everything has been a battle. Without having medical insurance he is struggling to get adequate care as well. He has appointments coming up for the amount of head trauma caused by this.

Please help us help my brother get justice, help with medical bills, help while out of work, transportion expenses, towing of his bike, living expenses etc.

If you know Kyle you know he is a GREAT Father, has an outgoing personality, social, stands up for the "little guy", human rights, family, friends and will give you the shirt off his back. This amount listed is not nearly enough but will help. His life is at risk not just medically but also due to the nature of his attackers. Please help stand up for my brother and his family like he has for ALL HUMANS!
