Kyleigh is a professional cyclist who raced with PAS Racing during the 2025 season. Toward the end of 2024, she began experiencing pain that cast doubt on her future in the sport. Despite months of therapy and repeated attempts to self-diagnose, her performance throughout 2025 fell short of expectations.
After more than 20 medical appointments, Kyleigh finally received a diagnosis: iliac artery endofibrosis. This condition isn’t unique to her—it reflects a broader, under-recognized pattern among endurance athletes. Yet due to limited research and low public awareness, many are left to navigate it alone.
For Kyleigh, the condition felt career-ending before she even understood what was happening. Without her own persistence and deep research, she might never have found answers. On December 5th, she will undergo surgery in hopes of reclaiming her health and continuing her career in cycling. In the meantime, she’s committed to sharing her story and helping others find the clarity they deserve.
This fundraiser supports both Kyleigh’s medical journey and the larger mission to raise awareness and fund research into iliac artery endofibrosis.
