Support Kurt Wiseman's recovery and legal fees

My name is Dennis. I am putting this together to help my very good friend Kurt Wiseman, who was hit by a truck while attempting to cross the street in his wheelchair. As a result of the accident, his wheelchair was destroyed and needs to be replaced. He also sustained a concussion and bruising from the impact of the truck and the street. Kurt would like to retain an attorney, as opposed to getting one on a contingent basis, due to them charging upwards of 40%. Kurt was very adamant about any funds that aren't used for the attorney will be divided up accordingly and returned to the sender.
