Krizinne Cross is not just my coworker—she’s a true inspiration to everyone who knows her. Over the years, Krizinne has faced more health challenges than most of us could imagine. She has bravely beaten cancer and undergone two heart transplants, all while never losing her faith or her incredible sense of humor. Her kindness and resilience have touched so many lives, and she continues to be a source of strength and positivity in our workplace and beyond.

Now, Krizinne is preparing for her third organ transplant—a kidney. This time, the journey has been especially moving, as another friend selflessly donated a kidney to a stranger, which helped move Krizinne up the donor list. The transplant means Krizinne will need to spend six weeks in Utah for recovery, far from home and her usual support system. The costs of medical care, housing, and travel are significant, and she could use our help more than ever.
