Hello, everyone. My name is Kristina. I am a 43-year-old proud mother of three boys, local pet groomer that co-owns an amazing shop in Lebanon, fishing enthusiast, lover of all things cat, avid geek, and I need your help.

On October 1st, 2025, I received a life-changing diagnosis of cervical cancer after chasing weird symptoms throughout the summer. I was originally scheduled to start treatment at Stage 2b in November. Due to an insurance coverage issue, I had to change providers. In a way, I am thankful for that because of their more aggressive approach as far as investigative testing has been.

This past week, I finally finished the MRI scan, PET scan, and even a physical exam under anesthesia. As of this writing, I am actually Stage IIIb because the cancer has spread to a few pelvic lymph nodes. I will have my chemo port placed on December 8th.

I plan on continuing to work as much as my doctors and body will allow me to. The treatment costs are surpassing my financial means. Your donation will help cover my co-pays, insurance payment and renewal that will increase from $650 per month to $880, lost income, gas to go 1 hour each way daily for treatment, prescriptions, and other minor incidentals like head scarves if needed.
