I am a client of Kristin and Rick. The last few months, and maybe longer, have been tough on this amazing family. Our favorite dog person is in need! For anyone who knows the passion that Kristin pours into life, this will hit home. Recently, Kristin and her other half, Rick, have been fighting a battle together, and it came to a head this week when the beast almost won. Rick, as you know, is Kristin's biggest champion. What some may not know is that Rick has a battle raging in his brain. Yesterday, Rick took the selfless step to get help. Because of this and Kristin's recent health issues, they now find themselves asking, "Now what?" Rick is out of commission at this moment, and he does not get paid time off, so those are days with no pay. Kristin had to take some time off earlier in July for a minor surgery. As everyone knows, life doesn't stop, and bills keep coming in no matter what. If you have ever struggled with mental health or have watched someone fighting an invisible battle in their brain, you know how scary this is. With all that being said, anyone who knows these two knows they would drop everything to help someone in need. Yes, times are hard right now, but if everyone who sees this could chip in even $10.00, it would help, and they would be appreciative of anything.
