UPDATE (1/15/26): Kristen will be out of work until June. We are thankful for all your prayers and support. The breaks are healing well, but the severity will keep her in a wheelchair for at least two more months. Physical therapy will be introduced at about that time, determined by the surgeon as time goes by. The definitive timeline is fluid, so I will try to keep you all informed as things progress. Hi Everyone - On December 31, 2025 (New Year's Eve) Kristen Meade-Anderson was hit by a car going extremely fast when they ran a red light. The impact was so significant that all the airbags were deployed and her car is now totalled.

She has a broken leg and underwent surgery yesterday 01/02/26. She is still in the hospital at this time, she has been moved to a regular room from the trauma unit, and she is stable condition and recovering,

Kristen has to be off of work until her physician releases her to go back to work in the ER at a local hospital. This will financially impact her and her family immensely.

Any amount of donation is appreciated to assist her family at this time. During this time she is a one-income household and a single parent.
