Help Leigh fight cancer

Sometimes the person who helps everyone needs help too! This woman has been a blessing since I met her. Her positivity and compassion outweigh The Battle she’s facing! Leigh will be going through radiation and chemo treatments soon and be off work temporarily. I personally don’t know what I’ll do without her. Her and her family could definitely use the support through this terrible time. Thank you for any amount that you can contribute.

A word from Leigh

I'm humbled by someone taking action to try to help me and my family during this time. It feels surreal to be going through this cancer diagnosis since, as people say, you never think it's going to happen to you. Looking back this is just one more thing that of course can happen to me just like anyone else, and I welcome the kindness and generosity of others.

Looking back over the past decade, "me and mine" have been through our house burning down, a couple of nervous breakdowns (all that take years to come out of), and now this. I've worked my whole life since being on my own from age 16, and then the hustle really picked up after having kids. I don't know how to slow down since I'm in the habit of rush rush rush but I want to be able to during this time so I can heal and enjoy my family. It still seems weird to say I'm a senior citizen but I am so I'm open to any resources that would allow me this time to heal once and for all and be there for my family and friends who I love more than they know.
