Support Kristen's Fight for Property Rights

Hello, this is Momma Tuff. Many of you have stated your desire to help (Kristen) Tuff Scott with what she’s been going through regarding dispute of property lines and the fact that there is house in the “middle” of her property; it’s literally surrounded on all four sides by Tuff’s little farm. At any rate, a Piggott couple bought the house. Kristen informed them of easements and the fact that it was surrounded on all sides by her property and she would not be allowing any shenanigans to take place on her land. The couple asked Kristen why she didn’t buy it. She said that she’d offered the foreclosure service all that she was willing to give since she’d had an inspection done on it (hint-hint). The couple decided to buy the property anyway apparently without an inspection or looking at property lines. They did offer it to Kristen for $150,000. Seriously?! Why would she pay that money when she wouldn’t pay the foreclosure company $50,000? So, this couple finds one feller that wants to make a bid. They don’t tell him about anything leaving it up to Kristen. Tuff explained to the man, over and over, that we would be putting up a privacy fence as protection from the five children that he’s bringing with him. She also has to protect herself and her horses. The man in the video threatened my mom and Kristen with a lawsuit after tossing a spray paint can at her. So, I’m asking that you help me help her with the completion of her fence and attorney’s fees which, as you can imagine, have been astronomical.
