Dear Friends and Family,

I am reaching out today to ask for your support for my close friend, Kristen, who is bravely facing a challenging journey. Kristen is currently in the hospital in Philadelphia having recently been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) after weeks of misdiagnosis and has gone blind in one of her eyes.

Kristen has always been a fighter. For the last 30 years, she has lived with Crohn’s disease, showing incredible resilience and strength. Despite these health challenges, Kristen’s passion for animals has been unwavering. She has dedicated the last 20 years of her life to training dogs, helping countless families and their furry friends build loving, trusting relationships.

While Kristen has good insurance, there are still many gaps in her coverage, particularly when it comes to the additional care she will need, such as home health aides and driving to and from her numerous medical appointments. These gaps create a significant financial burden that we hope to alleviate with your support.

We are asking for donations to help cover the costs of her ongoing medical care and to help her make the necessarily adjustments to living with MS. Your contribution, no matter the size, will help Kristen and Lee focus on her health without the added stress of financial strain.
