Kristen is a wonderful friend who has always been there for those she loves. We first met at work and quickly became close, sharing life’s ups and downs together. Now, Kristen and her family are facing an incredibly difficult time after the sudden loss of her mother to lung cancer. With no arrangements or life insurance in place, Kristen and her family are responsible for all the funeral expenses and the overwhelming task of clearing out her mother’s home.

On top of this, Kristen has opened her heart and home to her disabled sister, Angie, who now lives with Kristen and her family. Kristen has taken on the role of Angie’s POA, ensuring her sister receives the care and support she needs. The family is doing everything they can to support each other, but the financial burden is heavy and the challenges keep growing.

Kristen is also raising two boys at home, one of whom is autistic and has just started ABA therapy, adding another layer of responsibility and stress.
