Dear Friends,
Thank you for taking the time to read this story. As we all know, life can sometimes throw us unexpected challenges.
I would like to introduce you to Kristen Aslanian, a hardworking and determined individual who has been facing some truly difficult circumstances.
In 2021, at the age of 28, Kristen was involved in a car accident while riding as a passenger in her mother's vehicle. The accident caused a dissection of her carotid artery and resulted in three aneurysms. This devastating event was both a physical and emotional setback, but Kristen faced it with incredible strength and resilience. During this time, she was also battling chronic kidney pain caused by Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD). Despite these overwhelming obstacles, Kristen fought through and made a remarkable recovery. She went on to achieve even greater success, eventually launching her own automotive business.
However, life wasn’t done testing Kristen’s resolve. Over the past few months, Kristen began experiencing severe kidney cramps, and after seeking medical care, she was diagnosed with Early Onset Kidney Failure at the age of 32. After a critical health crisis and a 4-week hospital stay across two different hospitals, one of her kidneys has completely failed, and the other is functioning at only 40%. This diagnosis has placed Kristen in an incredibly difficult position. She has had to suspend most of her daily activities and is facing the possibility of starting a dialysis program to eventually qualify for a kidney transplant. Her current condition requires her to limit mobility, as any strain on her remaining kidney could cause further complications and put her life at significant risk.
This uncertainty has made it nearly impossible for Kristen to continue working or run her business as she did before. The financial strain and the constant pressure of making critical medical decisions have become overwhelming.
This is where I’m reaching out for your support. Your contribution would not only help Kristen manage the financial burdens during this challenging time but also help keep her business afloat until she is able to return to work once she has recovered. No donation is too small, and even if you are unable to contribute financially, sharing this campaign with friends and family would mean the world to us.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your generosity, love, and support. Together, we can help keep Kristen’s dream alive and support her through these tough times.
With deepest gratitude,
