Support Kristen and Kelia's (KJ) Road to Recovery

Hi my name is Jessica Lovett. I am fundraising for my best friend Kristen and her daughter Kelia.

My friend & her daughter was taking a walk on Friday, May 10th and was struck by a van. The person who hit my friend and her daughter was a 13 year old girl who stole the vehicle. The police did catch the child however my friend and her daughter suffered life threatening injuries. All thanks to God, they did survive however Kelia did loose a limb and suffered severe injuries and Kristen has undergone several surgeries. They have a long road to recovery with many challenges ahead of them. I know they will need income to be able to get through this terrible and trying time. They are good people that were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Unfortunately, lives are changed forever. I am trying to take some stress off of them and also provide support. Kristen also has two other children at home that I’m sure is missing their mother and sister.
