Support Kris's Family with Medical and Funeral Costs

I am Kris's father Shane. Kris passed away on 7/24 of a heart condition he had since birth. Kris had multiple procedures and surgeries throughout is life. We are asking for help to cover medical and funeral expenses. If there are remaining funds it will go to Anna and his 3 small children.
